Merlin, the illegitimate son of a princess, is made unwelcome at court and is fostered by a local smith and his wife. However, Merlin's true destiny lies ahead in the service of King Arthur, and he must face many dangers along the way.

When Merlin cast a positive spell to protect the knights of the Round Table, he used ancient magic drawing on the power of Stonehenge, and the knights were put into a sort of suspended animation. The evil Morgana and her son Mordred were banished into another world for 1500 years, but a 20th-century scientist finds a gateway, and the dark lord has a vicious scheme to enslave King Arthur's world.

In 1976, Faustino, an aspiring guitarist wasting away his teenage years in a sleepy town, gets what could be his big break when he joins the summer tour of a washed-up maestro from the big city.

Great Britain, 6th century. Merlin, the greatest wizard in history, helps a man become king. Now, Merlin will become the advisor to the great King Arthur, a king who will come to end decades of anarchy.

A young King Arthur is awoken from his sleep by bad dreams, about a boy who is made king because he pulls a sword from a stone. He goes to Merlin to seek his counsel, and Merlin begins a story of his own, about a young boy with strange abilities and visions. The boy, called Emrys, is feared in his village called of as a demon. Eventually, King Vortigern comes and forces his village to build a tower for him. However, the tower crumbles. His wizards advise him to find a demon boy and spill his blood upon the ground. However, when the boy is brought before Vortigern, he predicts that there is a pool of water beneath the foundations of the castle that weaken it. The workers find a pool of water and two strange stones, from which two beasts emerge, a white and a red dragon.

Merlin, a W.C. Fields-like mouse, puts on a magic show in front of an audience of one cat. Merlin does some bad magic tricks for the feline before he realizes he's a mouse.
